Eileen has held senior leadership roles at Capillary Technologies, Tenerity, and Synapse Group, where she built and scaled high-impact partnerships with leading financial institutions, travel brands, and retailers, including TD Bank Canada, Santander UK, NatWest Group, United Airlines, Hilton, and Books-A-Million. She has also supported global, multi-market programs across North America, Europe, and APAC, bringing deep P&L ownership and a pragmatic, people-first leadership approach focused on driving long-term partner value.
